BAD JEWS

A real Jewish scrap about family, faith and heritage.Daphna Feygenbaum is a „real Jew”; even her boyfriend is Israeli, so she must be. She really wants to inherit her grandfather’s necklace. When her cousin Liam brings his gentile girlfriend home the day after Grandpa’s funeral and announces that the treasured necklace is in his possession, trouble breaks out. A real Jewish scuffle about family, faith and heritage.

After London’s West End and New York’s Broadway, Bad Jews finally comes to Budapest in what the Sunday Times calls „blisteringly funny”. The Hungarian premiere of Joshua Harmon’s „shockingly good” (Independent) is at the Golem Theatre.
